As you can probably guess from my recent posts, I’ve been loving incorporating color into my spring style. This time last year, I was all about wearing white but that’s probably because I was a newlywed and relishing in the moment. This year, I am a bit more into the colorful spring style.
Mixing different colors has been fun this season. Like I said, last year I was all about wearing white so this year has been giving me a lot to think about in regards to styling a rainbow of colors. Don’t get me wrong, I still love me a white dress or white flowing top, but a white dress with specks of color from the rainbow is just what this spring season is all about.
I originally only planned on posting this look to Instagram, but as soon as I put on this off the shoulder dress, I knew I wanted to make a blog post out of it. It’s an extremely comfortable and stylish dress (and under $70!) that is certainly going to last me all of spring and all of summer (and probably all of fall too because Los Angeles tends to have heatwaves until November). I love the pops of color via the flowers throughout the dress, which makes it a cute and fun colorful spring style dress.
This month, Tor and I have no concrete plans to travel anywhere as Tor will be exceptionally busy promoting his new project (his new show, Still Star-Crossed, premieres May 29 on ABC), but plans could still change. He knows I am hoping to go on another adventure with him this month and bring all the colorful spring style dresses I can find!
PS I am pretty obsessed with this wall of bougainvillea by our house! April showers DEFINITELY brought May flowers!
