London Mews

I could happily live in London. I've said that like 40 times before on this blog, haven't I? But it's true! From all our friends and family that live there, to all the historical sites, to all the shopping (*ahem* guilty), to even the quaint, picturesque mews spread across the city - I fall in love with London more and more each time I visit.

J.Crew jacket (similar here and here), ASOS tank, Express skirt (old, similar here), Stuart Weitzman boots, Furla bag

I was super excited to be able to bring out my tweed jacket while in London because up until this point, thanks to the random, sweltering heatwaves of NYC and Los Angeles, I had not been able to wear it! Tweed is the perfect material for jackets for fall, and pairing it with a full skirt still makes the look flirty and fun. I had never experienced 90 degrees in London before (the tube stations began to feel like unnecessary saunas) and didn't exactly pack for warm weather! But on day 2 of our visit, the weather turned cooler and it began to rain. Rain never stops us, so Torrance grabbed our camera and we headed for the Ennismore Garden Mews which wasn't far from where we were staying. Did you know that the picturesque mews in London all used to be stables? I found that fascinating! They've all been converted now into quaint houses on cobblestone streets, but they happen to be the cutest residential streets you'll find in London! That's right - a whole new look with whole new features! One feature that I am particularly excited about are my City Guides. These detailed guides will give you the inside scoop to some of the best hotels, activities, restaurants, and even spots for afternoon tea in many different cities that we visit around the world. This explains all of our jam-packed, jet-setting itineraries as of late! I cannot wait to reveal this and much more to you in the new year when my site relaunches, so stay tuned! And be sure to comment below with what cities you hope for us to visit next for our City Guides! I would love London and Paris! I love this blog by the way. I’m fifteen and I came across the blog because I love the TV show “Reign” and so I found your instgram through your husbands. I have read it faithfully since!

Alyssa! For one moment I thought you would say that you were moving to London once for all hahaha
I’m glad you will redesign your blog, now you have to come to Brazil again to tell everything about your trip here. You have to try different places than São Paulo and Rio – the northern and northeast of Brazil are both beautiful and historical as you like.
I can’t wait for your next adventure!
    Te amo ????????

I would love to see Edinburgh! I love that city, and if you love London, you’ll love Edinburgh. I lived in London for a time and one of my favorite spots is the courtyard at Somerset House on the Strand. Also pop into the Courtauld Institute of Art while there (housed in Somerset House). It’s a true hidden gem of a museum. Small, but brilliant.

I love this look and the tweed jacket is absolutely beautiful.
For the cities I wish London of course, Paris, Grenada in Spain and Guimarães in Portugal.
