Since I am Danish, I grew up on smørrebrød and was so happy to find some delicious smørrebrød (open face sandwiches) such as onion & potato and shrimp & egg at Cafe Oscar. Christiansborg Slot, formerly the primary residence of the Danish royal family until the late 18th century and currently the house of Danish parliament and Supreme Court. Pops of color at Nyhavn. Resting near St. Alban's Anglican Church at Kastellet during a casual walk after my release from the hospital (I battled a severe sinus infection during my visit to Copenhagen).
