How to Get My Look at Monte Carlo

After T and I attended the Monte Carlo Television Festival Closing Ceremony in Monaco, I received a lot of questions asking how I did my makeup and what products did I use. Thanks to my dear friend and makeup artist Austin Ryde (stay tuned for his own makeup blog coming soon!), he was able to show me some pointers with my own makeup products before I flew out to Europe so that way I could apply it myself. Here is what I used to achieve my red carpet look: 54th Monte-Carlo Television Festival : Closing Ceremony Eyeshadow palette: Naked 3 by Urban Decay - For my lids, I used a mixture of Strange and Burnout. For the crease, I used a mixture of Factory and Liar. For just above my crease, I used Trick to add a touch of gold as I blended everything together. For under my brows, I used Strange and Dust. Lastly, the outer corner of my lids, I used a combination of Darkside and Blackheart. Eyeliner: Jane Iredale Jelly Jar Eyeliner - After I applied it, I blended it with some Blackheart from the Naked 3 Palette so it wasn't so harsh. Mascara: RMS Beauty Lengthening Mascara Eyebrows: Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow in Cocoa Face Primer: Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer SPF 15 Foundation: Yves Saint Laurent Teint Resist Foundation SPF 10 (sold out - similar here) - While the version I purchased at Printemps in Paris is not sold in the States, there is a similar one YSL created that's available at Sephora. Concealer: RMS Beauty "Un" Cover Up - I applied it under my eyes, in the crease of my chin, and in between my brows. Bronzer: RMS Beauty Bronzer - I apply it under my cheekbones, under my chin, and along my hairline on my forehead. Blush: Josie Maran Argan Color Stick in Dusty Rose - I make several dabs on my cheeks and blend and blend. Luminizer: RMS Beauty Living Luminizer - I apply it above my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose. Face Powder: Tarte Smooth Operator™ Micronized Clay Finishing Powder Lips: RMS Beauty Lip2Cheek Stain in Beloved Finishing spray: Urban Decay All-Nighter Makeup Setting Spray [show_shopthepost_widget id="117711"] Photos from Getty Images.
