Spring Fever: Floral Dresses

It's that time of year! It's time to frolic in floral dresses to match the blooming flowers of the spring season. While floral dresses can be worn year round, springtime dresses are particularly my favorite due to the popular pastel colors worn at this time of year. Yellows, pinks, blues, lavenders.... all of them scream "springtime" and in a way signal the end of the winter cold and the start of the warmer half of the year. This is the perfect time to bring out some new floral dresses as the days continue to get longer. [gallery link="none" columns="2" size="full" ids="15963,15960"] [gallery link="none" columns="2" size="full" ids="15962,15955"] [gallery link="none" columns="2" size="full" ids="15967,15958"] [gallery link="none" columns="2" size="full" ids="15964,15966"] You all know I would never turn down the opportunity to wear a floral dress. Even in Ireland, I was finding ways of making that happen. My birthday also happens to be the first day of spring, so it means the start of wearing the perfect springtime clothes. Floral dresses are perfectly feminine and flirty at the same time, especially with the latest trends of adding ruffles and incorporating more of some not-so-popular colors, such as yellow. Speaking of yellow dresses, I am obsessed with this Petersyn dress that features ruffled cap sleeves and delicate pink flowers. It's extremely feminine and the kind of dress that will take me through both spring and summer. It's going to make for a perfect date night dress as the warmer months move on in. I recently added this dress to my closet, and my favorite off the shoulder dress from last summer is still in stock and on sale. There's also this maxi dress that is the same pattern as a maxi skirt I brought with me to Napa last summer. Some of my other favorite floral dresses include this one, this one, and this one. Check out some more of my favorites below.
