As the weather gets colder by the day (wahhhh!), and I pack away my favorite flowy maxi dresses and maxi skirts, my love for flowy pieces does not have to end here. One of my autumn staples is a cape, and capes are certainly making a big comeback this season! From Saint Laurent to DKNY to Burberry to Nasty Gal, everyone is jumping on the cape bandwagon. While in Los Angeles, I came across this sleeveless cape from Free People and immediately fell in love. I knew it would be perfect for the cool weather that has arrived in Toronto, and I have actually worn it 4 times since I came back from California! It is super soft and goes over any layering top perfectly.

Love that cape, the back is so beautiful! I keep finding myself drawn to capes in the stores but have too resist buying a ton of them!
