It’s no secret that I love capes! If I was getting married on a snowy hilltop surrounded by snow covered pine trees, I would definitely wear a long white cape. But since that isn’t happening at the moment, for now I will happily settle for a gorgeous cape blazer!

When T and I shot these pics, we were preparing to see the latest Star Wars film. For those who don’t know, I am a MAJOR Star Wars fan. As a child, I used to wear our throw blankets in the living room and pretend they were my capes whenever I watched Star Wars (I may from time to time still wear a throw blanket as a cape…). I was so upset as a little girl when my parents sat me down and told me it wasn’t real and that Luke Skywalker did not exist (he was my first crush – true story).
In this post I am wearing a long cape blazer from Nasty Gal. Internally I felt like a chic Jedi.
