It’s starting to finally feel like fall in LA. The day after Halloween was still pool weather, but then suddenly the weather turned and became cool and crisp, especially at night. Nighttime is my absolute favorite. Most of the houses in my neighborhood have fireplaces (which I find kind of weird for Los Angeles but okay), and at night my neighbors like to light fires. I love that smell in the crisp, cool air. It’s one of my favorite scents.
Since T and I split our time between Los Angeles and Toronto, sometimes I forget what I left behind in each house. Since I pretty much moved back to Los Angeles for the rest of the year, I left a majority of my winter clothes back in Canada. They haven’t been needed in southern California yet. As of last week I could still comfortably get away with wearing a skirt!
I became obsessed with this rainbow skirt the moment I saw it. I love its bold, vibrant colors. This piece would also work well again in the spring, but I love wearing pleated skirts with sweaters.

I really love this skirt! I remember seeing it a while back and now I wish I would have purchased it..blah.
The link to the similar skirt does not work 🙁
Do you know where we can get another similar one ?
I agree that it’s really hard to dress up when the weather turned suddenly especially in the morning and night.
The weather in LA is similar to my country, Taiwan. Although they are both in a different continent. (Yes!I’m a reader from Taiwan.) :))
I normally wear blouses so I don’t need to be put on a jacket and don’t need to worry that the weather turns hot at noon.
I love the skirt! Work is sending me to LA next week! I have never been on that side of the country! I am excited to see the places to write about often! Love your blog…thank you sharing !!!
Gorgeous look! Your colorful skirt is really special!
