Since I began spending a lot of time in Toronto last summer, I also started bike riding again. I had not ridden a bike in years when I got on our new bike last August (you know that phrase “It’s as easy as riding a bike?” Yeah, that definitely needs to change!). Luckily I had time to practice before getting on a bike offered by The Maidstone Hotel for a 5-minute ride into town to the Eric Firestone Art Gallery. I had been saving my new overalls from French Connection specifically for this day, since I personally find it much easier to bike ride in pants than a skirt.
